Selection process
Participants will be selected from the list of individuals put forward by the organisation, after participating in a Selection Workshop. Depending on desired outcomes, various criteria will be used such as: Pioneering spirit, Leadership abilities, Open mindedness, Eagerness to learn & share, Creativity, Resourcefulness, Willingness to stretch beyond perceived limitations & operate ‘out of the box’, Team spirit, Desire to make a difference.

Devise and launch an exciting competition
On a joint basis, a competition will be formulated to motivate various participants to learn, participate, embrace change, move beyond limiting paradigms and grow their contribution in the most remarkable ways.

Five-day transformational workshops “Winning, a personal choice” (Typically run over five weeks to allow for greater learning & sustainability)
In these dynamic and experiential workshops, participants will learn about the making of Champions, Winning and extra ordinary delivery from a Win-Win platform. As ‘Missing Links’ are identified, these subjects will be addressed – rather than cover subjects from A – Z.

Moving into the world of the extra-ordinary

Profiling 4 PURPOSE (e.g. With 12 participants, conducted over 2 week)
These unique one-on-one profiling sessions are pivotal to support participants in fastracking their development & growing their contribution on extra-ordinary levels. They are designed to identify individuals’ strengths / natural talents – key ‘ingredients’ required for them to function on many more cylinders, operate from a place of passion, and grow their ability to add value – along innovative and highly desirable lines.
As stated by business gurus such as Jim Collins, passion is the key to the extra-ordinary. It is non negotiable if you want to achieve the very best! Something Jerry Porras spoke extensively about in his book ‘Success built to last’: “You’ve got to love what you’re doing. Falling in love, with all the rational and irrational exuberance that is involved, is the only way you have a prayer of creating success that lasts . . . All you have is your personal capital!”
A customized report will be produced on each participant’s outcomes. They will include (1) Key strengths (2) Suggested Role Proposal in alignment with strategic goals / objectives, and (3) Recommended Development.
Once reports are signed off, contents will be shared with management to identify meaningful ways to support Champion’s development and unlock remarkable value for the business.

Strategic Project(s) - (High Level Project Management – if one project, could be run over 4 – 8 weeks depending on the nature of the project selected)
Projects are another pillar of this amazing system – a practical ‘bridge’ if you will – as they allow for

- The OPULENCE experiential workshops are customized to ‘speak’ to participants and support them in their unique situation. For instance a male participant in his late 40’s who had started the workshops with a closed attitude, even stating that he would do everything to sabotage the process, on the last day allowed the tears to flow freely whilst sharing that this was the best programme he’d ever attended, one he wished he had attended in his early 20’s as it would have allowed him to move beyond his prejudices and limiting paradigms, and achieve his dreams!
- Rather than cover subjects from A to Z, the process aims to identify vital ‘Missing Links’ and address those in an experiential & dynamic setting. Experience has shown that when participants are allowed to discover principles for themselves, retention and sustainability are greatly enhanced
- ‘PROFILES 4 PURPOSE’ are another cornerstone of the OPULENCE system. Once participants’ natural ‘strengths’ and purpose are identified (on a one-on-one basis), recommendations are made to incorporate as many elements as possible into their current job. This serves as motivation for them to grow their performance – in quantity & quality – and unlock key opportunities for the business.
- OPULENCE is not simply about a transfer of knowledge. It is a practical system designed to support delegates apply the new insights gained and achieve remarkable results for their organisation & themselves personally.
In the Project phase, delegates get involved – on a voluntary basis – in key / strategic Projects to unlock value for the organisation whilst growing their skills.
- Recommendations are made to management throughout the process to achieve maximum benefits for participants and the organisation.
